Lunchbox Series

Each week we will pick a topic and stream it live or prerecorded from our conference room for interested members to enjoy while they eat lunch. We welcome suggested topics from our members and will do our best to research the most current, relevant material to broadcast.

Noontime Yoga

Learn to use your lunch hour to reset your mind and body for the busy afternoon ahead. Instead of working through your lunch, grab your water bottle and recharge with yoga, instead. We offer a slower-paced flow to counter the bustling activity of the workday. Plus, you won’t get sweaty or need to hit the shower if you keep the pace slow and simple.

Massage Therapy

Deep tissue massage is a great way to get pain relief while also offering your body an opportunity to relax. Our on-site massage therapist offers forty five minute sessions targeted to relieve pain and reduce tension in the area of your choice: neck, shoulders, lower back, legs, hands and feet, or any other area of your body. This is a fantastic solution for instant pain relief when you don’t have a lot of time.

Note: The cost is not included with your membership and payment is made to the massage therapist directly.
